We are the three people who run Homni. Write to us or call whichever of us you'd like to talk to, and we'll reply within one working day.
Looking for space?
Send one request with what you need and we'll find the spaces, including those that aren't advertised. Free and without obligation for tenants.
Do you have space to let?
Tenants come to us with a specific need. We match them with your spaces and follow up all the way. Joel looks after new landlords.

We're a small team of three. You always talk to one of us.
Before you get in touch
Answers to what we're asked most often.
Homni is free for tenants. You can search for spaces, send inquiries, and receive suggestions at no cost.
We reply within one working day. We go through your needs with you, and send relevant options as soon as we have found them.
No. An inquiry is non-binding, and you choose which spaces you want to proceed with.
Yes. Ask for a viewing on the space itself and we arrange it with the landlord. The viewing itself is with the landlord.
