The building that generates more energy than it uses

Powerhouse is one of the world's most energy-efficient and spectacular buildings, standing out as a world-class environmental building. The building, which is a BREEAM-NOR Excellent certified environmental building, is designed by the international firm Snøhetta. Working in Powerhouse will be an experience in itself, providing a "slightly easier everyday life" with a focus on efficiency, digitalization, and service offerings. 

Powerhouse, over 11 floors, is defined as a building that generates more energy than it uses throughout its lifecycle, while setting a completely new standard for comfort and features. Large parts of the facade and roof are covered with solar panels, and tenants have access to great facilities such as a well-equipped gym, shower/locker room, and an exclusive rooftop terrace.
The staff restaurant "Kraft" places great emphasis on healthy food every day. A dedicated meeting room center is available for all tenants, not to mention the spectacular rooftop terrace on the 11th floor with views as far as the eye can see.  

The interior of Evolve's premises located on the 4th floor has the same consistent interior as the entire Powerhouse. The interior of the building follows a standardization principle to reduce unnecessary waste when new tenants move in. Floors, glass walls, partition walls, kitchenettes, and lighting have the same design, color, and materiality across all floors. To minimize the need for artificial lighting to an absolute minimum, the building features a conservative yet effective lighting system.
