Queen Eufemia's Gate 8 is the iconic glass building that serves as the gateway to the Barcode row and the new Bjørvika.

FLYT office is an exclusive office hotel provided by Braathen Eiendom. Now, an opportunity has arisen to rent space in the building, and from October 15, an office for 1 person will be available on the 10th floor. The offices are of high standard, furnished, and equipped with full-service amenities so you can be efficient in your workday.

Braathen Eiendom has conducted a complete renovation of the property, as well as built a new top floor where you will find the building's sky bar, restaurant, and meeting center. Here, lunch is enjoyed with a spectacular view through the 4-meter high glass windows. The property also features a beautiful entrance with a staffed reception, auditorium, meeting center, bicycle parking, shower and changing rooms with spa standards, a gym, full-service amenities, and more.

The building's restaurant offers food worthy of a restaurant and in line with the times through clean, natural, and good ingredients.
