FLYT office is an exclusive office hotel in the best Vika, owned and operated by Braathen Eiendom. The office hotel has had full occupancy and a waiting list for a long time, but is now increasing its capacity and can offer flexible offices with space for 1-16 workstations.  

The office hotel is designed to cater to clients with high demands for their surroundings. We offer fully furnished offices where everything is arranged for you to be efficient in your workday. In the building's ground floor, you are greeted by a large and beautiful reception where Braathen Eiendom's staff ensure to meet both you and your clients in the best possible way. In the office hotel's lounges, the daily newspapers, fresh fruit, and water/pure water and coffee/tea are served. An auditorium and meeting rooms will be available for an additional fee.
The building's other common areas have facilities such as access to Restaurant Haakon, a gym, treatment rooms, shower/locker rooms with towel service, bicycle parking with washing/care, etc.

The building's dining is on the ground floor in the cozy Restaurant Haakon – a hybrid restaurant that is for both the building's tenants and outside guests. The food is served efficiently and quickly via our buffet. At Haakon, you can also enjoy breakfast and a coffee/wine bar and a rich selection of  grab’n go. In the evening, the restaurant can be rented for customer events and gatherings. Haakon, with its good food and warm atmosphere, has become a popular meeting place in Vika.
