The Bragernes Office Building is our first establishment, centrally located close to the square in Drammen with a short distance to all the city's service offerings. Here you will find a pleasant office community with many different office solutions ranging from desk/free seating, private offices, and team offices.

The Bragernes Office Building was renovated in 2025 and presents a contemporary expression. The building consists of four floors with all our office solutions: free seating, fixed desks in open landscapes, private offices, and team offices. There is a friendly environment here, with many smaller businesses that value the community they have here. 

What is included in the rent:

• Access 24/7 with your own key card

• Fully ergonomic furnished office with space to store documents

• Short binding period

• Free use of well-equipped meeting rooms in various sizes (additional charges for free seating and fixed desks)

• Access to quiet rooms and soundproof, ventilated phone booths 

• Internet. The office building has its own wifi network throughout the area as well as options for wired work. 

• Printing and copying at applicable rates, scanning at no cost

• Kitchenette on all floors, with coffee machine at applicable prices

• Pleasant social areas with ample space for networking 

• Participation in various events organized by the Office House 

• Common costs such as electricity, heating, cleaning, and maintenance are included. 

• Access to all Office House locations. We are currently located in Asker, Kjellstad Business Park in Lier, Strømsø Square, and Bragernes in Drammen.
